We are currently seeking financial and gear support. If you are interested in working with us we would love to hear from you.

As a sponsor what you can expect from us:

Presentations/Media
We will be organizing a number of slide-show presentations to publicize our sponsors and to raise support for the trip in Oregon and Washington as well as in  South America. These presentations will be geared towards increasing awareness of Lake Baikal and the current conservation efforts in the regions surrounding the lake.  
In addition, we will be maintaining this website which will feature reports from the field, route descriptions, pictures, and links to sponsor’s web pages.

Publications
Sponsors will feature prominently in any article which we submit for publication concerning this expedition (Team members have published numerous articles).

Video
Sponsors will feature prominently in any video or film which we produce concerning this expedition. (Team members have produced films which were included in the official selection of Banff Film Festival World Tour and Festival Ascenso in Venezuela).

Promotional Materials
Sponsors will have access to selected photographs or video material from the expedition.

What we would like from you:

Financial support
The total cost of the trip is $20,000 for a team of five. We would welcome any contribution from title sponsorship to “friends of the expedition”.   

Title sponsor – Is entitled to foremost logo placement in all media exposure and access to all photographs and video material from the expedition.  We are asking for a minimum of $5,000 for title sponsorship. 

Supporting sponsor – Is entitled to logo placement in all media exposure and access to selected photographs and video material from the expedition.  We are asking for a minimum of $1,000 or equivalent in gear support for supporting sponsorship. 

Friends of the Expedition – Any and all donations to our expedition would be greatly appreciated.  Donors will be acknowledged on our website.
